Burlingame, California resident Mike Lahlouh is the chief manufacturing officer at Lahlouh, Inc., where he oversees the company's direct manufacturing operations. Outside of his professional pursuits, Mike Lahlouh is a fan of Bay Area professional sports teams, including the San Francisco 49ers of the National Football League (NFL).

The San Francisco 49ers finished the 2019 regular season with a win-loss record of 13-3 and a big reason for the team's success was quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo. The team was thought to be a darkhorse candidate in 2018, but Garoppolo suffered a season-ending injury in Week 3 that essentially derailed San Francisco's season. The team finished 4-12 in 2018.

Fully healthy in 2019, Garoppolo finished the season with a career-best 3,978 passing yards in addition to 27 touchdowns and 13 interceptions. He also had a completion percentage of 69.1, which was the best of his career ignoring the 70.4 percent he recorded as a rookie in 2014 on only 27 passing attempts; in contrast, he had 476 passing attempts in 2019. Pro Football Talk named Garoppolo its Comeback Player of the Year on January 1, 2020.

Originally selected by the New England Patriots in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft, Garoppolo won two Super Bowls with the team as a backup to Tom Brady. He was acquired by the 49ers in 2017 in exchange for a 2018 second-round draft pick.
